Introduction
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), एक प्रमुख रक्षा शिपयार्ड और Mini Ratna, Category-I कंपनी है जो Ministry of Defence के अधीन काम करती है। GRSE ने विभिन्न contractual positions के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं।
महत्वपूर्ण विवरण
⦁ Application Period: Online registration 14th August 2024 को 14:00 hrs से शुरू होकर 3rd September 2024 को 23:59 hrs पर समाप्त होगी।
⦁ Duration: ये engagement contractual है, जो project completion तक या 3 years तक, जो भी पहले हो, valid रहेगा। Performance और project requirements के आधार पर contract को 5 years तक extend किया जा सकता है।
Positions Available
Senior Project Executive (SPE)
⦁ Disciplines: Hull & Hull Outfitting, Engineering (Plumbing & Machinery), Electrical & Weapons
⦁ Remuneration:
– 1st year: ₹67,000/month
– 2nd year: ₹70,000/month
– 3rd year: ₹73,000/month
⦁ Maximum Age: 42 years (as of 1st August 2024)
⦁ Qualifications:
– Engineering Graduate (BE/B.Tech) in relevant fields या Diploma in Engineering
– 8 years का post-qualification experience relevant sectors में होना चाहिए।
Project Coordinator (PC)
⦁ Disciplines: Design (Hull, Outfitting), Engineering, Electrical & Weapons
⦁ Remuneration:
– 1st year: ₹50,000/month
– 2nd year: ₹52,000/month
– 3rd year: ₹54,000/month
⦁ Maximum Age: 35 years (as of 1st August 2024)
⦁ Qualifications:
– Engineering Graduate (BE/B.Tech) in relevant fields, Diploma, या B.Sc. in Shipbuilding & Repair
– 4 years का post-qualification experience relevant sectors में होना चाहिए।
Skill Requirements:
⦁ AutoCAD या equivalent software में 2D/3D drafting में proficiency होनी चाहिए।
⦁ MS Office में भी proficiency आवश्यक है।
Age Relaxation:
⦁ Government norms के अनुसार, SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates के लिए special provisions लागू होंगे।
Selection Process
⦁ Senior Project Executive (SPE): Selection interview के माध्यम से होगी।
⦁ Project Coordinator (PC): Selection Written Test और Practical (Skill) Test के माध्यम से होगी।
Posting Details
Selected candidates को GRSE की किसी भी unit या location में पोस्ट किया जा सकता है, कंपनी की आवश्यकता के अनुसार। Detailed terms and conditions, age relaxations, और qualifications के लिए employment notification का reference लें।
Pattern of Written Test
⦁ Part-A (Objective Type):
General Knowledge, Aptitude, Mental ability, Data analysis, English, Numerical ability & Reasoning (20 Questions)
20 प्रश्न होंगे, कुल 20 अंक होंगे।
⦁ परीक्षा की अवधि – 02 घंटे।
⦁ प्रश्न पत्र की भाषा – द्विभाषी (English & Hindi)।
⦁ प्रश्न पत्र का प्रकार – Objective type with Multiple Choice Questions।
⦁ Qualifying marks: Written test में UR/EWS category के लिए 50% marks (out of 100) और SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories के लिए 45% marks चाहिए।
⦁ Part-B (Objective Type):
Discipline related (जैसा कि para 5(B)(aa)(iv) में दिया गया है)

80 प्रश्न होंगे, कुल 80 अंक होंगे।
Subjects of Written Test
Selection लिखित परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर होगा। लिखित परीक्षा निम्नलिखित विषयों के लिए आयोजित की जाएगी:

⦁ Posts जैसे Project Coordinators- H&HO, E-P&M, L&W, D-H, D-HO, D-ENGG, D-L&W, के लिए अधिक than one disciplines essential qualification में दिए गए हैं, इसलिए हर discipline के लिए अलग-अलग question papers set किए जाएंगे। इन cases में, जहां question paper discipline-wise set किया गया है, candidates का percentile score अलग-अलग disciplines के लिए मिलाकर merit list में दिखाया जाएगा। Percentile score की गणना इस तरह होगी:
(Marks obtained by a candidate ÷ Max. marks scored by any candidate in that discipline) x 100
⦁ इसी तरह, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen के लिए आरक्षित posts की merit list percentile score के आधार पर बनाई जाएगी। यदि percentile score में tie हो जाता है, तो merit order लिखित परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर और फिर age के आधार पर निर्धारित किया जाएगा।
⦁ Post-wise merit list written test में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
Practical Test for Project Coordinator Posts
⦁ Written Test के प्रदर्शन के आधार पर, shortlisted candidates को Practical (Skill) Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Practical (Skill) test केवल qualifying nature का होगा।

⦁ Practical (Skill) test में qualifying marks UR/EWS के लिए 50% और SC/ST/OBC/PwBD के लिए 45% रहेंगे।
Reservation
⦁ Reservation applicable है और यह प्रत्येक post के against indicate किया गया है। हालांकि, reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) के candidates जो eligibility criteria को बिना किसी relaxation के पूरा करते हैं, वे UR posts के लिए apply कर सकते हैं। ऐसे candidates को कोई भी relaxation नहीं मिलेगा। वे अपने actual category को Online Application में indicate कर सकते हैं ताकि application fees concession का लाभ ले सकें।
⦁ PwBD category के candidates को Medical Certificate prescribed format में पेश करना होगा, जो Competent Authority द्वारा जारी किया गया हो और Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 के तहत कम से कम 40% या उससे अधिक disabilities के साथ हो।
⦁ Category (UR / SC / ST / OBC / PwBD/ EWS) को Online application form में entry करते समय ध्यान देना चाहिए क्योंकि इसे बाद में change नहीं किया जा सकता और कोई अन्य category का benefit बाद में admissible नहीं होगा।
⦁ SC, ST, EWS, OBC-NCL candidates को केवल Competent Authority द्वारा prescribed format में caste/category certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
⦁ Ex-servicemen category के लिए Age relaxation rules के अनुसार प्रदान किया जाएगा।
Application Procedure
⦁ Candidates अपनी eligibility के अनुसार online portal के माध्यम से positions के लिए apply कर सकते हैं।
⦁ GRSE एक समय में एक single session में Written test/Practical Test/Interview आयोजित कर सकता है।
⦁ All candidates को GRSE website के ‘Career section’ के माध्यम से ONLINE apply करना होगा।
⦁ सभी documents की scanned copies Online Application के साथ upload करनी होंगी और filled Application Format का printout लेकर Post Box No. 3076, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 पर send करना होगा।
⦁ Incomplete application reject कर दी जाएगी।
⦁ All correspondence candidates के साथ e-mail के माध्यम से की जाएगी।
Application Fee
⦁ Application fee Rs. 472/- होगी जो online mode (Payment Gateway) के माध्यम से जमा की जा सकेगी। SC/ST/PwBD/Internal Candidates के लिए application fee से छूट दी गई है।
⦁ Application fee non-refundable है, इसलिए candidates को apply करने से पहले अपनी eligibility सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए।
General Information
⦁ For Senior Project Executives Posts: Rs. 30,000/- Basic Pay के रूप में रखा गया है और balance Other Allowance के रूप में दिया जाएगा।
⦁ PF और अन्य Statutory benefits Basic pay के आधार पर calculate किए जाएंगे।
⦁ Employees’ PF contribution 12% Basic Pay के आधार पर deduct किया जाएगा।
⦁ In addition to above, Rs. 12,000/- प्रति वर्ष Medical Insurance premium और Life Insurance premium के लिए दिया जाएगा।
⦁ कोई अन्य allowances प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा।
⦁ GRSE के पास advertised posts को भरने, बढ़ाने, घटाने या recruitment process को cancel करने का अधिकार है।
⦁ Selected candidates को कोई भी Unit/Project/Location में पोस्ट किया जा सकता है।
⦁ Selected candidates के लिए Final selection GRSE के Medical Officer द्वारा medical fitness के आधार पर subject होगा।
